Polba Single grain
History
Polba is a vodka made from the rare, ancient grain spelt, the ancestor of modern wheat, harvested in limited quantities in Mordovia. It is produced using natural malt fermentation and slow distillation in copper stills, preserving the authentic character of the grain from field to bottle.
